We were approached by the team at Paragon, a real estate developer in Egypt, to create a short animation about their innovative workspaces offered in the region, and highlight the creative communities they help flourish through their spaces.

Since the workspaces are tailored for both big corporations and small businesses, we wanted the characters to present different professions.

Paragon needed to show how their buildings are different from typical offices, so we steered away from designing cubicles or tight meeting rooms, and made sure the environments were cosy, well lit with big plants and invited collaboration.  

We carefully read through the company’s profile and business plan to come up with an informative and friendly script, making sure Paragon’s services are easily understood by potential customers.
